1. Who controls your data

The data controller is Mubariz Alizada, based in Milan, Italy. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email m@alizada.it.

2. Data collected

When you use the contact form, the site collects your name, email address, project type, optional budget and message. The hosting provider may also create standard technical logs containing information such as IP address, browser, requested page, date and time. The language selector stores your EN/IT choice in your browser’s local storage.

The public site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only if an authorised administrator signs in to the private admin area.

3. Why it is used and the legal basis

  • To answer enquiries and take steps requested before a possible contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interests in reliable and secure service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • To remember the language you selected on your device. You can clear this preference through your browser settings.

4. How long data is kept

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the related professional relationship and meet legal obligations or defend legal claims. The website’s private admin list is limited to the 100 most recent enquiries. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security and operational schedule. The language preference remains on your device until you remove it.

5. Who receives data

Data may be processed by providers that support hosting, email delivery and website maintenance, only as needed to provide those services. Personal data is not sold. If a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, must be used.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Requests can be sent to m@alizada.it and will normally be answered within one month.

7. External links and automated decisions

The site links to third-party websites, including Instagram. Their own privacy terms apply after you follow those links. This site does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

8. Changes to this notice
